Thought I would give this garage a 5 star review, like most people you can take ages to actually sit down and leave a review . Ed the salesman made me want to buy the car its so refreshing to find a garage keen to look after customers I bought the car in April and am a high mileage user so need car to be reliable the suzuki celerio has been very good bought it with 12k on clock 8 months ago its now done 33k . well done vale motors team great service . I received fantastic service from Nick at Vale Motors Fiat. I must have asked just shy of one million questions in the lead-up to buying my car, and Nick patiently - and very helpfully - answered every single one. A pleasure to deal with and I recommended them for their standards and levels of service.
spent 15 minutes walking round car lot, but it's raining so the sales guys don't have coats?......I waived a couple of times... No one waved back, so presumably they sold enough cars today.... ;-)
Had my car fixed here once before, and on that occasion they were incredibly helpful, friendly and even sent someone to collect me when my car was ready. I recently had to get a spare part, and the advice I got from the parts department was second to none, they went above and beyond to help me get things sorted, even though that ultimately meant they had to advise me to go to a different garage because of the logistics of where my car was stuck. Helpful, friendly, honest, knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.
This was by far the best service I have experienced. Nick was friendly and happy to help with all my questions and enquiries (and they were plenty). Even when I asked about their biscuit supplier (their thank you biscuits are just too good) they were accommodating. I received an extra pack through the post with the suppliers details. This is how good they are! You guys set the bar high! Definitely memorable service. Will highly recommend.Thank you!
